Skills Todo x Skool21

STEM for Schools
in Pakistan

Skills Todo brings an internationally recognized STEM & Sustainability curriculum to Pakistan in collaboration with Skool21. The complete ECD A to Form 6 pathway: workbooks, kits, digital learning and teacher guides in one ecosystem.

15 levels
ECD A to Form 6
Workbooks, kits, digital, teacher guides

Schools are asked to deliver STEM. Most are handed a kit.

Three gaps keep STEM programs from sticking, and they are the gaps the Innovators Series was built to close.

Hardware without curriculum

Kits arrive; pedagogy doesn't. Without structured lessons, assessment and progression, equipment ends up in a cupboard.

Sustainability as an add on

The SDGs appear on posters and theme days, not in what students actually design, build and test.

Teachers left to improvise

No lesson plans, answer keys or training. STEM becomes one more burden instead of a teaching tool.

The result: schools invest in STEM, but can't show outcomes to parents, boards or ministries.

Students don't just study the SDGs. They engineer solutions to them.

The Innovator's Workbook Series is the first ECD A to Form 6 curriculum to embed all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals as engineering design briefs, not topics, across every level. Each project starts with a real world problem and ends with a built, tested solution.

One ecosystem, four pillars

Hardware, workbooks, digital learning and teacher support are designed together, not bolted on.

Student Workbook

HBC aligned, consumable; becomes each child's long term engineering portfolio.

Learning Kit

Precision parts and sensors, shared 1 kit per 4 to 5 students to build teamwork.

Digital Access

Interactive lessons, 3D videos, auto scored activities. Portal launches July 2026.

Teacher Guide

Lesson plans, answer keys, yearly scheme of work, standards mapping.

Built for real classrooms: a class of 30 runs on 6 kits, in a regular room or makerspace, led by any trained teacher, ICT, science or mathematics.

A 15 level continuum, ECD A to Form 6

Students retrace the evolution of human technology, mechanics to electronics, coding to robotics, AI to fabrication.

Foundation & Primary
  • Mechanics
  • Machines
  • Automation
  • Electronics
  • Scratch Coding
Elementary & Middle
  • C++
  • 3D Printing
  • Python
  • Laser Cutting
High School
  • Robotics
  • Robots & AI
  • Drone
  • AI
  • Machine Learning
  • Data Science

Every level pairs a workbook with its matching kit, schools can adopt one grade or the whole pathway.

Audited and adopted by Ministries of Education

Zimbabwe

Ministry of Education approved the first STEM book in the country.

Malaysia

National newspaper highlighted SKOOL21 rollout in Malacca public schools.

Jamaica

MOE formally adopted the curriculum for the 2025 to 26 year.

Saudi Arabia

Ministry of Education approved the first STEM book in the country.

Impact you can put in front of a school board

Independent field study (Dec 2025, n≈232 per group) and a government funded longitudinal program (Malaysia).

4.52 / 5

Teacher rated program impact

Highest dimension: student skills (4.85). Very High band on a 5 point validated scale.

4.82 / 5

Parent rated impact, highest of all groups

Parents reported the strongest gains in behaviour, skills and digital habits at home.

+8.46%

Aggregate student performance gain

Measured across 8 weeks in a government funded Grade 2 program; class average improvement ~24.6% across subskills.

Methodology: five point Likert instrument, construct validity verified (item total r > 0.30, p < .05), Cronbach's α 0.88 to 0.91 across overall scales. Full reports available.

How the STEM Innovators Series lesson runs

Every project follows the Engineering Design Process, a complete cycle in one class period.

30 or 60 minutes

  • 30 minute projects for ECD A to Grade 2
  • 60 minute projects for Grades 3 to Form 6
  • One weekly slot is enough

No special facilities required

  • Runs in a regular classroom arranged in clusters, or in a STEM lab if available.

Any trained teacher can lead

  • ICT, science and mathematics teachers all succeed after STEM Innovators Series onboarding.

De risked hardware

  • 1 year kit warranty; individual replacement parts can be supplied.

Teachers enabled, not burdened

Structured onboarding plus a digital layer that removes preparation friction.

Structured onboarding trainings

Self paced, in person and online modes so every teacher is ready before week one.

Lesson plans & answer keys

Standards alignment for Cambridge Science, NGSS and Cambridge Mathematics plus a yearly scheme of work.

Digital learning portal

Teacher and student view modes, auto scored interactive activities, 3D videos and simulations per project. Per level access, priced for emerging markets.

The questions every school asks

Who teaches it?

Any teacher who completes training. ICT, science or mathematics profiles all work.

Which standards?

Mapped to HBC, NGSS, Cambridge International and Common Core, plus SDG literacies.

Special room needed?

No. Clusters of 2 to 4 desks in a regular classroom work; a makerspace is a bonus.

How much time?

30 minutes weekly (or 60 minutes fortnightly), timetabled as a standalone class.

What if parts are lost?

Individual components can be supplied; kits carry a 1 year warranty.

How many kits?

One kit per 4 to 5 students, a class of 30 needs 6 kits.
